I'm going through it now. I found a file that seems to be placed in the
wrong location:

/etc/apache2/mod_mono.conf

It is installed by libapache2-mod-mono, and it's completely redundant as
there is already /etc/apache2/mods-available/mod_mono.load and a
symlink /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/mod_mono.load.

So that file could be removed.
