[Pkg-mono-devel] Preview libgecko-cil package lacks symlink.

The libgecko-cil package available at http://debian.meebey.net/
contains no file called /usr/lib/mono/gecko-sharp/gecko-sharp.dll even
though the accompanying .pc file claims that it should:

  prefix=/usr
  exec_prefix=${prefix}
  libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib

  Libs: -r:${libdir}/mono/gecko-sharp/gecko-sharp.dll

This causes problems when building beagle (which can be worked around
by directly editing the .pc file, though).
