I think it might be better to drop it.
It is unfinished and unsupported upstream, and I don't think the Mono
team wants to be responsible for bugs.

I've CC'd the pkg-mono list, if anyone really wants to be responsible
for this package (effectively acting as upstream), now is the time to
speak up.
