Hi!
I'm new to Debian, hopefully you can help me.
I'm trying to install mono on Ubuntu.
I just want to get the package with: apt-get install mono
But:
# apt-get install mono
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package mono
I already did an update. Obviously the name 'mono' is wrong,
but what is the right name?
I also tried to figure out which package from the
debian.meebey.net I would need, but I can't, there are so
much. Do you know which one I have to install?
Before that I tried to install mono with an installer from
mono-project.com, but there was no C# compiler included,
I think, this was my output:
configure: error: No C# compiler found
In this package there is one included, right?
Thanks for any help,
Tanne
