[Pkg-mono-devel] A couple of potential packages for Debian

I wasn't sure if this was a good place, but I figured its better to get 
yelled at and find the right place, when you can't figure out a better 
one. So, I was playing with the various libraries and realized that I 
needed them across a couple of machines, so I created packages and was 
curious if anyone was interested in them, or willing to look over them 
and tell me if I got something terribly wrong with them.
