[Pkg-mono-devel] System.Collections.Specialized namespace

Hello,

everytime i try to use the namespace Specialized in System.Collections i
have the error that this namespace name does not exist (CS0234). i need
it for the special collection NameValueCollection.

what i'm doing wrong? i'm running debian unstable with following package
versions:
