[Pkg-mono-devel] NUnit, NAnt, and C# 2.0 features

There should be an extra nunit package that supports CLI 2.0, just like
we have gnunit and gnunit2, because the 2.0 part is still experimental
and should not be mainstream yet, see mono-gmcs package description
warning.

Jelmer: please see the final 0.3.0 policy at the pkg-mono site about the
naming :)
