For the record, we discussed it on #debian-mono and the conclusion was
to not name the packages libtao*-cil as that is confusing for the other
libtao* packages that are not related to "our" TAO. This might become
real nightmare when the "other" libtao creates CLI bindings :)

TAO becomes TAO framework, so libtao*-cil now becomes
libtaoframework*-cil. Upstream also endorse that name, as often used on
the official homepage.
