[Pkg-mono-devel] VBNC For Debian?

OK, after I ran 'dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc' it seemed to build without
errors. (A few warnings here and there). But when it finished and I tried
running' vbnc' it didn't work! Is there anything else I should be doing?
