[Pkg-mono-devel] Make and make install do not work for me...any help on installing?

hi, i'm new to mono, in fact this is the first time i try to install it. it
configures perfectly, but the make command gives a weird line: 
make: *** No Targets. Stop.

I'm new to linux also as you can see, but i'd like to know if there's
another way to construct the installer. Tried to use 
make -f Makefile=""
but i don't know what file to use as a reference between the quotes.

Pls help...T.T
