Mostly follow http://maemo-sdk.garage.maemo.org/install-ubuntu.html -
but for step 4, type " maemo-sdk install rootstrap
fremantle5.0minimal_armel"

Sadly, it fails to compile Mono as the QEMU-based SDK lacks support for
syscall 242 (sched_getaffinity())
