[Pkg-mono-devel] File does not contain a valid CIL image.

I'm using Ubuntu Maverick
i tried to root my android device using SuperOneclick.
I used the Terminal command " sudo mono SuperOneClick.exe "
Then came the error: " Cannot open assembly 'SuperOneClick.exe': File does
not contain a valid CIL image. "

Please help me solve this.
