[Pkg-mono-devel] Server Error when installing mono project

To Whom it May Concern,
I have attempted to install Mono Project on my Debian system (7.5) it is running the latest versionsof Apache, Perl, PHP and the following erroroccurs.

are you able to give me any ideas why?
