How did you compiled the application, under Windows or under Linux/Mono?

If you compiled under Linux/Mono then you should recompile it with the
correct Mono version, else it should work (if on Windows, if your app
targets 2.0 try to change it to 4.5).

I'm precissely working with Mono/Raspberry and it works really well (ver
3.2.8 has some WinForms bug, I recommend to compile from source, ver 3.12
works like a charm in Raspi, it took nearly 24 hours of installation and
compilation but it was worth it), I compile my apps under VS2013 and then
send it to the RPi.
