TestX Core When working out your biceps, make sure you are lifting the
weights properly. If you do it incorrectly, you can cause muscle strain. If
you want to do it the right way, pull the wrist back and hold it through
your curl. Then, release and go back to the original position that you were
in. This builds biceps the right way.
