[Pkg-mono-devel] Packaging of dotnet-core for Debian?

Which distro are you trying to build on? Right now no version of .NET 
Core will run on Debian 9+ (https://github.com/dotnet/coreclr/issues/11171)


Try what you're doing on Ubuntu, to see if anything changes (or Debian 8)
