The branch, master-patches/change_default_runtime_for_unspecified_cases has been deleted

19e7aa89e5c3444254611b8a2b42fadb07510ada When the runtime version an app expects is missing, it instead executes using Mono's default runtime version. Even though we rebuild the earth with the 4.0 runtime, we don't actually make this the system default - so a 2.0 application will attempt to run using the 2.0 runtime if the 2.0 runtime is missing. Patch this to use 4.0 instead.
