    Remove polipo from Recommends
    
    Now that Iceweasel 5 knows how to use the SOCKS protocol properly, there is no
    need for a dedicated HTTP proxy. Polipo is not really maintained and the
    default configuration of the Debian package is not suitable for Tor, so let's
    simply drop polipo from Recommends.
    
    Privoxy is downgraded to Suggests as some users might still use or benefit its
    ability to filter out some cookies and ads.
