Release webdeveloper-1.1.9-1 to unstable

      CVSREV moved to today's date, we need get-orig-source to grab latest data from upstream's cvs
      Removed xpi-pack call, we won't need it this time.
      install-xpi will use upstream provided .xpi file into builds/ directory as it was before. Clean rule removed as well since it's not needed anymore.
      Patches removed, everything has been merged upstream already.
      Updated debian/changelog with latest changes accordingly.
