Releasing webdeveloper-1.1.9-1 to Debian unstable.

      Removed xpi-pack call, we won't need it this time.
      install-xpi will use upstream provided .xpi file into builds/ directory as it was before. Clean rule removed as well since it's not needed anymore.
      Patches removed, everything has been merged upstream already.
      Updated debian/changelog with latest changes accordingly.
      Added B-D-I 'ant' back. We need it at build time.
      Added a nice trick that will unpack upstream's xpi, then it will bump up max-version to 5.0.* on the install.rdf file and repack everything again into a fixed .xpi file.
      Updated debian/changelog accordingly and set release to UNRELEASED. I gonna sign everything off in a bit.
      Added a clean rule to get rid of $(WORKDIR) and xul-ext-webdeveloper.xpi.
      whoops, forgot my WORKDIR variable :)
