Firefox 1.5 and extensions

Gah, I intended to have a working Catalan package as soon as Firefox was
released, but have been sitting on it for a while due to some questions.

Ok, I have done this, but I now wonder if I need to keep registering the
extension using the UUID. For some reason, the Catalan xpi doesn't
declare an ID anymore in install.rdf, so I'm a bit lost.
