Segfaults when closing all windows and a download finishes

        Hi,

 Since I got the bug myself and since it was reported against Epiphany
 too, it's best everybody knows there's a bug in the Mozilla 1.7.5
 libraries where closing all browser windows and completing a download
 afterwards will segfault your application.

 The backtrace looks like this:
    #0  0x4006f413 in PL_DHashTableOperate () from /usr/lib/mozilla/libxpcom.so
    #1  0x4006fa0e in AtomImpl::~AtomImpl () from /usr/lib/mozilla/libxpcom.so

       from /usr/lib/mozilla/libxpcom.so
    ...

 I've reported this againsta Galeon, but Epiphany had its own bugs for
 this:
