mozilla-thunderbird: security patches and new packages

Prebuilt packages that fix secufity issues of current thunderbird in
sarge are up:

  http://people.debian.org/~asac/security/mozilla-thunderbird_1.0.2-2.sarge1.0.7.dsc
  

The patchset I applied is attached and can be found inside the
package:

   debian/patches/tbird.1.0.6-1.0.7-1/
