Sure, you can grab the latest version with git/cogito:

e.g.   cg-clone http://www.personalfree.com/~alex/darcs/msectools/.git/

After that you have a msectools directory containing some scripts
(*.sh, *.pl) and the release_src/productXXX/ that contains the preQAed and
documented checkin infos for ffox_1.0.6-1.0.7 and mozilla. Further you
get some mfsa iinfo files.

Documentation exists ;) and currently is named DOC_PROCESS.txt.
It outlines the current process to produce final patches from bonsai 
and embeds short docs for scripts used.

All this is thought to be under GPL .. though no licensing is mentioned
so far. Patches welcome.
