Actually, I didn't create the tree with svn-buildpackage and I'm not
sure it would be able to use it... and I never used svn-buildpackage
with only the debian directory in it /o\

But basically, you just check out with svn and use svn-buildpackage as
you would use dpkg-buildpackage.

There may be some tweaks to do, such as "svn propset mergeWithUpstream 1
debian" to be able to use svn-buildpackage.

On my side, I'm using svk and the normal dpkg-source, pdebuild, etc.
scripts, since there is no vcs file hidden in the working directory with
svk... and I send back changes with svk, it's pretty easy to do.
