iceweasel arts integrated + committed

Hi,

Sorry for messing around with iceweasel svn :) ... but I took the
chance to integrate iceweasel artwork and committed everything in a
single commit.

So if you don't like it, revert checkin r39719 :)

I replaced .uu encoded artwork in debian/ directory and added some
more. Maybe we should move all images to a debian/ subdirectory at
some point?
