91_fontconfig_reference_increment_388739.dpatch, for instance has been
applied.

As for the non triviality, the biggest changes are in the xforms
inplementation, which is not actually used (miracles of having a huge
source tree without any real selection of what goes in), and in the
javascript engine, where resides most of the security fixes. The rest of
the patches are pretty trivial.
