Do your packages provide files in /usr/lib ? (not /usr/lib/seamonkey)

> W: seamonkey-dev: binary-without-manpage seamonkey-config-suite

You can ignore these for the moment. Note that if you removed the stuff
that is provided by libxul0d-dev from seamonkey-dev, seamonkey-config*
and stuff in /usr/lib/pkgconfig if any are useless and shouldn't be
installed.
