seamonkey, merging seamonkey-browser with seamonkey-psm

Hello all,

I have been looking at the packages and I think it might be a good
idea to merge the seamonkey-browser and seamonkey-psm package.
Security is so much part of browsing currently I don't see how you can
use the browser without the psm files.
Is there anyone that can think of a reason NOT to do this?
