some additional patches

Hello list, Mike, Alexander,

I noticed some strange issues with seamonkey/iceape.

The first was the way jar files are handled: they are only stored, not
compressed.
This seems quite redundant: if you are doing this, you can just as
well just store them as a dir tree. (Mike's way of doing it in FF).
The other option is to make it work, compressed. I chose this way. But
to make it so, the jar make script has to be patched as the
compression level is hardcoded in there.

The other issue was the links that are in there on the "about" page,
and the start page I made for mailnews: they contain several links to
the mozilla seamonkey project. I think this is not appropriate as it
should be linked to debian/icelizard pages.
I made a patch that fixes this. The page that it refers to probably
has to be ajusted, but I think that's the general idea.
