Dammit, I created a vendor.js file for that but forgot to install it...

It's useless to do that. Everything in seamonkey depends on
seamonkey-browser. When seamonkey will be using xulrunner,
seamonkey-browser itself will then depend on the xulrunner libraries,
but will still contain seamonkey-browser specific stuff. It's just fine
like it is now.
