Iceape progress

Hi all,

I'm currently uploading .deb packages for iceape on
http://people.debian.org/~glandium/iceape/

Please test these packages.

Know issues:
- You can't run chatzilla, addressbook or composer if you already have
  an instance running. It should work with mail&news, browser and
  calendar, though. The others need some code modifications that are not
  yet written.
- Name and logos are still those of seamonkey and sunbird (Note to self:
  don't forget the splashscreen)
- You can't open more than one new window at once if an instance is
  already running (like iceape -mail -edit -calendar). That works if no
  instance is running, though.

I'm only uploading the .deb files because for the moment, my tree is not
in a state where I can dpkg-source it... sorry.

Please heavily test these packages and make suggestions.

PS: I got confirmation from Alex Vincent that 1.1 is not to be released
soon, so we'll stick with 1.0.5.
