There is not calendar extension in any of the mozilla.org seamonkey
tarballs [0]. There is a calendar extension (CalExt) that Mozilla was
offering, but no longer supports or recommends. It is still around [1].
So, again, is it the Calendar Extension, 0.2, or is it derived from
Lighting or Sunbird [2], of from Howard Chu's patched Calendar Extension
[3]? Or from somewhere else?
