Enigmail Extension for IceApe MailNews

I have compiled the newest stable Enigmail (0.94.3) for Mozilla
Suite/Seamonkey/IceApe on my Debian Etch system. The resulting XPI works
for IceApe 1.0.8 on Etch.

The problem with the official enigmail extension is that Enigmail is
compiled with GCC version 4.something, the same as the official
Seamonkey build. When used with a mozilla suite-variant compiled with a
differant GCC version, the extension crashes the application.

By compiling it with the same GCC version as used on IceApe, this
problem is solved.

Details of what I did (step by step) are available on my weblog [0], as
well as the XPI itself [1].

I would like very much to get this into a Debian repository at some
point. Would anybody like to help me with this?
