Mmmmm it is nothing near empty here... Could you try to run 
strace -o /some/file -f iceape, reproduce your bug and send us this
/some/file (compressed would be better ;) ) ?

Could you also tell us what iceape-* packages are installed on your
system ? (mailnews, etc.)
