If an encrypted mail in pkcs7-mime format is received and if it can't
be decrypted, an empty mail window is shown. On the first glance that
looks like an empty message and this is extreme confusing. The broken
key is shown in the lower left corner of the Iceape window, but this
icon is placed on a very bad position to be noted. There is lot of
room for improvement like

o) inform the user explicitly if the decryption or signature verification
of a message fails (e.g. pop up the "message security" window automatically)

o) display the encrypted content of the message,

o) use different icons for mails wich are encrypted and/or signed

o) display the authentication state in the mail header window (the grey
one) when it is folded, and not only when it is unfolded and drop
the icon in the lower left corner (same for the signature icon)
