Bug#405911: iceape needs a versioned conflict against mozilla

Hi,

currently, britney refuses to let iceape transfer to testing, as the
package mozilla cannot be installed because of the conflict between
iceape and mozilla. How about changing the conflict to e.g.
mozilla (<< 2:1.8)?
