Bug#406748: iceape-calendar: cannot start

I tried to reproduce your situation as close as I could,
but as I don't use the calendar myself, I had to "borrow" one from
someone else...
I copied someones .ics file (used on sunbird and mozilla calendar
before) and imported it in my iceape install. That worked just fine
and all the entries were there.
I also made a new local calendar and pointed it towards the ics file.
This also worked.

Maybe this is something in your profile?
