backport patches for RC 1.8.1.5 release

Hi,

as you might know security updates will roll quick, so I prepared
a patchset that contains backports for fixes that have not been landed
in 1.8.0 cvs. The contained fixes are those targetted for the next
"distribution-release".

0. get and extract the patches directory shipped in:
   http://people.debian.org/~asac/1.8.1.13~prepatches070716.tar.gz

1. get latest MOZILLA_1_8_0_BRANCH for xulrunner and seamonkey:

2. apply all patches in the series file; just copy/link the patches
directory to your mozilla tree and push all:

  quilt push -a

then free and rebrand the source and do whatever you usually do on
upgrade.
