Bug#413490: Iceape Composer can NOT recognize *.JPG as images.

Iceape Composer can NOT recognize *.JPG files
as images in a default setting.
When I insert foo.JPG by a [Choose file] button
from Menu > Insert > Location.

Of course, it is available by choosing
[All files] from a list.
