When the above URL
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=12;mbox=yes;bug=400000)
is opened with iceape, iceape popups message box saying  `The site has
suggested that "bug_400000_message_12.mbox" be handled as an attachment.
It is of type text.html (Document HTML)', and than saves the file as a
formatted HTML file. This makes it impossible to reply for such an e-mail.
