1.8.0.14b patches superseed 1.8.0.14a beta patches

now superseeded by http://people.debian.org/~asac/patches-ALL-1.8.0.14b.tar.gz

it updates 395942.patch to build for iceape as well and adds two new
bug-fixes that didn't show up in my bugzilla query when i started to
develop 1.8.0.14a.

392149.patch

I hope these are the final patches, but until mozilla communicates
the advisories, I cannot tell.
