I am a bit stuck here with QA on calendar for iceape. I cannot create
a new local calendar by right clicking in the calendar tab and
selecting new calendar .... thus i cannot test anything, because there
isn't even a default calendar set up.

however i see the same in the current package from security, so when
did this regress? is it a regression at all or am i doing something
that never worked?
