Icedove branding

Hi,
based on Fabien's really nice daily icedove-3.0 builds, the
mozilla-devscripts[1] and Steffen's work[1]. I've created an icedove-3.0
package. I tried to make the branding in a way that as much a possible
can possibly be merged into the thunderbird-3.0 daily build package,
these parts are attached. Some other parts are Debian specific (or
hacks)[4] and should be left out for now.
Fabien, would you consider applying the attached patches to your
thunderbird-3.0.head.daily tree?

0001-add-debhelper-token.patch - simple cleanup
0002-preprocess-install-files.patch - preprocess install files so we can
     replace thunderbird by icedove
0003-add-desktop-file.patch - add desktop file for icedove
0004-pick-scripts-by-product-name.patch - trivial icedove-3.0.mk and
     pick distro by product name
0005-add-branding.patch - add icedove branding
