Bug#541797: iceape FTBFS on mips*

Unfortunatly vlc build-depends on iceape-dev (>= 1.1.9-4). Any ideas
how to get a current vlc on mips*? (Perhaps we have a trivial
one-liner fix - in case that's true, we should upload the fix.)
