The work to have them dynamic is done, it was simple to do. Note that in
this case, only linking against liboggplay and libsydneyaudio is necessary.
There is no direct access to the other libraries.

The problem now is getting at least the significant patches applied,
including those that add some API to liboggz and liboggplay. These
patches have been communicated upstream, and I'm waiting for review.
Once review is done, we'll need the patches applied to the packages we
have in Debian.

Another problem is that we don't have libsydneyaudio in debian yet.
