the rendering looks good on opera, strange rendering on google-chrome and 
iceweasel 3.5.6-1.

The page has some hardcooked dimensions which can be causing this rendering...
"width=640,height=580"

What should be the correct rendering for this page?
If someone can take a deeper look would be great!
