According to the policy the B should be capital. The vlc package in
Ubuntu uses a small b (which works, too).

The other packages do not have an end of life. When the Xul-Eol field is
omitted, mozilla-devscripts will use * as Xul-Eol value. Only packages
with a version string in the name needs this field.
