Bug#556463: xulrunner-1.9.1: unstable package does not handle correctly dependencies

I am on Debian testing, but for some package (like iceweasel), I prefer
latest version. I attach my /etc/apt/preferences file.

I installed iceweasel in unstable like this:
apt-get install -t unstable iceweasel

About once a month, xulrunner-1.9.1 (which is also unstable) need an
update. But unstable xulrunner need unstable libsqlite3-0. Here is the
dependeency problem:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  xulrunner-1.9.1: Depends: libsqlite3-0 (>= 3.6.20) but 3.6.19-3 is to
  be installed

apt can not force to upgrade libsqlite3-0 unstable in the same time.

Is it possible to specify in the unstable xulrunner package to upgrade
the dependent package in unstable too?
