Seamonkey/Iceape 1.1.18

Hi,

As you might know, upstream released a security/stability update of
Seamonkey (which we have in the archive under the Iceape "brand"),
versioned 1.1.18.

This release only contains a bump of nss and nspr libraries, and nothing
else relevant apart from some file removals and version bumping.

Since our Iceape uses system libraries for nspr and nss, the security
issues that have been fixed in upstream seamonkey have already been
adressed in NSS.

Just giving you this piece of information to avoid you the bother to
consider 1.1.18 for testing-security. I, for one, won't make a 1.1.18
upload in unstable, as it is pointless.

Cheers,

Mike
